The ARC input of this product is connected to the TV, but TV does not recognize the device/no sound?

1. Please confirm that you have switched to the ARC input in your AS400.

2. The ARC input of this product (which with HDMI ARC input mode)needs to be connected to HDMI ARC interface of the TV, and the output mode of the TV is “ARC/ARC+TV speakers”.

What should I do if there is noise or others?

How to restore AS400 to factory settings?
