Format the SD Card Regularly

Before first use, please format the SD card in the dash cam menu. To avoid file errors, reformat every 2–4 weeks. Supports up to 256 GB.

Missed a Collision Event?

Make sure the G-sensor sensitivity is properly set. If it’s too low, it won’t trigger. If too high, it may lock unnecessary footage. Adjust based on your driving environment.

Why Are Older Videos Missing?

The dash cam uses loop recording, which automatically overwrites old footage. Collision-triggered videos are auto-locked and won’t be deleted.

How to Use 24-Hour Parking Mode?

Requires a hardwire kit connected to your vehicle’s fuse box. Once installed, enable “Parking Monitor” or “Time-Lapse Recording” in the settings.

WiFi Connection Issues?

Turn off cellular data before connecting. Then open the app and connect via 2.4GHz WiFi. Phone settings may vary—refer to the user manual if needed.
